Life’s Abundance® is a premium dog food fortified with vitamins and minerals.  Cruelty-free animal feeding tests, using the Association of American Feed Control Officials’ (AAFCO) procedures substantiate that Life’s Abundance Premium Health Food for dogs provides complete and balanced nutrition for all life stages. All the wholesome ingredients in Life’s Abundance Premium Health Food are derived from the same facilities that supply ingredients for supermarkets. Our manufacturing facility, third generation, is a USDA certified APHIS (Animal Plant Health Inspection Service) plant.  APHIS certification allows the sale of a finished product to the International market, including the European market, which has extremely high standards on ingredient sources.  Under APHIS certification, the plant and ingredient facilities are routinely inspected.

  The ingredient names on the bag are based on AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) definitions.  Included are:   

  1. Egg product – Eggs that are dehydrated, liquid, or frozen, and labeled as per USDA regulations governing eggs.  They must be free of shells.  There is no definition for egg.  
  2. According to AAFCO feeding requirements for BOTH puppies and adult dogs, the calcium/phosphorous ratio is 1:1, maximum 2:1.
